Volunteering

"Volunteers are not paid. Not because they are worthless -  but because they are priceless"

We all have something to offer and so why not share that 'something' and become a Volunteer at Headway East Northants? There are so many reasons why it'd be a great idea. You'll not only be helping the improve quality of life of a brain injury survivor, their families and carers, but you'll also benefit those in the local community, open up opportunities for development of skills, get some time to socialise with our terrific team, and above all, have fun doing it. There's always something to gain in return!

Volunteer to support our clients

Whether you're creative with materials, have a musical skill, enjoy games or puzzles, have an interest in gardening or simply enjoy talking to people, we would LOVE to hear from you.

Why not volunteer at Headway East Northants to support our clients? You'll not only have fun with a wonderful group of people in a warm, welcoming environment, but you'll also be helping to benefit and enrich the lives of brain injury survivors. The time you spend with our clients is such a huge benefit all-round! For further information about volunteering at our Centre, please call on 01933 652311 or email our Deputy Manager, Jonny Tudor, on  jonny.tudor@headwayeastnorthants.org.uk

Volunteer to Fundraise!

Why not hold a bake sale, raffle, car boot sale or coffee morning to support us in our fundraising endeavours?

If you knit, sew or crochet, get in touch about our craft club on Monday afternoons. All items made at the group are sold to raise funds for Headway East Northants.  A small charge of £1 is made to cover the cost of tea & coffee, but all yarns and materials are provided. We would however ask if you can bring your own knitting.crochet needles if you can!

Please be assured that a warm welcome awaits you from a fantastic group of people. For further information, please contact Claire Phillips, General Manager, on 01933 652311 or emailing her at   claire.phillips@headwayeastnorthants.org.uk

Michael enjoys both our cookery sessions and I.T here at Headway East Northants, so combining the two together was a win-win!
